In the beginning, we began as a garage start up idea in Los Angeles, CA in 2016.  Our goal was to take our 20+ years of knowledge and provide an experiential customer service product where both the client and caller felt our enthusiasm to solve problems every time they came in contact with us. Together, we offer a modern, intimate solution that accommodates the multiple methods of communication customers have access to in today’s world.

Principal

Michelle Taveras Ponce, PhD

Michelle Taveras Ponce, PhD is the principal of Voltage Contact Solutions.  She brings more than 19 years of experience in operational and strategic improvements in the patient access and revenue cycle space for both ambulatory and hospital practices. She is the author of Access to Health Care and Patient Safety: Concepts and Methods, as well as multiple journal articles.
